Rebonded foams
We process our off-cuts/ foam scrap into recycled re-bonded foam blocks and thereby reintroduce them into the production cycle. We use a process of bonding granulate post-industrical foam waste (flakes) with our ecofoam mixture and a special production technique under high pressure. Rebonded foam can also be produced with an FR class.
Circular process
Circular production processes are very important to us, and to the world. Our aim is 100%. These foams are perfect for transport protection, packaging, sound isolation or absorption purposes or underlayment floors. We are your supplier. We will not sell end products. We want to provide the foam only and serve this niche-market.
Ecological
Our ecofoams are flexible polyurethane (PU) foam blocks that consist of more than 50% natural and/ or recycled ingredients.
Economical
Our ecofoams are based on custom manufacturing. Produced in an environment-friendly vacuum system, on client request only.
Eco innovation
Our ecofoams are very suitable for recycling. We transform our foam scrap into recycled rebonded ecofoam blocks.
