Customer specific

We produce flexible polyurethane ecofoam blocks entirely based on your demands and specifications. We have no standard foams on stock. We define technical specs together with you, our customer. Our goal is to reduce waste. To provide you with only the foam qualities and quantities that you need. We are your supplier, you market your own foams.

What we love to do (and are good at) is to innovate and co-create. Let’s bundle our strengths. You know what you need and we know how to make it. We can formulate a customer specific foam formula and add anything you like. Whether we use natural ingredients, recycled additives or special solids or nanoparticles. We supply you with the test results and lab samples and manufacture your own unique foam.

Ecological

Our ecofoams are flexible polyurethane (PU) foam blocks that consist of more than 50% natural and/ or recycled ingredients.

Economical

Our ecofoams are based on custom manufacturing. Produced in an environment-friendly vacuum system, on client request only.

Eco innovation

Our ecofoams are very suitable for recycling. We transform our foam scrap into recycled rebonded ecofoam blocks.

Clean production

We avoid the use of blowing agents or CO2 as a blowing agent.
Instead, we use vacuum! A very clean and efficient process that enables the block to ‘rise and set’. ECOFOAM is our first step towards achieving a new generation of sustainable foams. All the products contain a high level of bio-ingredients as an alternative to petrochemical based raw materials.
